Martin Aitken Associates was established in December 2004. We are based in Rutherglen near Glasgow which provides us with excellent links to the nearby motorway network allowing us to service any part of the country -north, south east or west. The practice was founded by Tom Martin and Hugh Aitken to provide construction cost and management services to Clients and Contractors. Martin Aitken was established with the philosophy that we provide a high level of professional service throughout the life cycle of a construction project. We believe in the traditional values of a quality service and will provide that fully professional service “tailor-made” to ensure it meets the needs of our Clients and leads to the success of your project.
